Beware - will not work with most mags

This product appears to be decently constructed for the price. Unfortunately though, most mags are too long for this mag pouch. I tried several of my double stack mags, and none of them fit. With the mags inserted as far as possible, the flap would not come down far enough to fasten. If pouch was made about a half inch longer, it would work fine -but that is not the case.

Ordered this because I was looking for a cheaper mag pouch compared to the other products offered. I have to say I'm very happy with what I received! I needed a pouch for my 1911 magazines. It has 2 snaps on it. The first snap holds my standard 7 and 8 rnd single stack magazines pretty darn well. The 2nd snap extends the size of the pouch and will hold an 8 rnd magazine with a base pad just fine. I don't think it will hold a 10 rnd. (NOTE: The packaging says it's for double-stack magazines.) This pouch should easily fit a 1 3/4 belt and I wouldn't be surprised if it fit a 2 inch belt. It looks like this pouch will only mount vertically. Product seems to be well constructed. I'm going to order a 2nd pouch asap.

For the money you will not find a better Mag pouch. It fits the Glock 21 Mags. it has two snaps so it will fit bigger and the smaller mags. it seems very well made.

I have GunMate and Bulldog pouches as well. This is very well made, probably very durable; also a bit bulky and heavy. Ruger SR9 mag fits OK, but definitely snug. I give 5 stars for uniform duty or range use on a proper belt, but it may be too high profile for some casual activity.

Nice magazine pouch. Fits the XD 9mm 16 round magazine easily. Just WAY too big for a regular citizen for carrying spare magazines.

Awesome product! It needs just ten minutes of breaking in and you're good to go! I'm carrying full size and compact EAA Witness .45 ACP mags and both fit fine and are easy to get out.

These pouches are fantastic! They fit my double stacked 13 round XD .45 ACP magazines and nothing else that I've tried has. That being said, it also works with double stacked 17 round PT92 9mm magazines just not the super high capacity type (20 rounds or so). They're really well made too especially for the price. I bought two of them and I couldn't be happier. You won't be disappointed with these!
