I've been hand loading for many years. I've tried a lot of designer bullets, but I've yet to find a markedly better bullet for whitetail deer. Accuracy is better than many boat tail designs at normal Ga. distances. They have performed well in everything from .308 to 300 Win mag. They have earned their place on my loading bench.

I use these bullets in "reduced" load rounds in a Rem 700 BDL 30-06, and I can't praise them more. Powered by Trail Boss powder, these bullets group like match bullets!

I have a .308 Win Savage ...

I have a .308 Win Savage model 10. It shoots 3 Sierra bullets within 2 inches at 100 yards. To me that is good accuracy if you are only hunting deer. I don't shoot much further than 60 yards at deer, but it is good to sight in at 100 yards. The expansion is great with these bullets as well as anything else.

I really like these for my 308 Winchester Model 70 Featherweight but the GameKing does a little better at long range due to the boat tail design but over all its a drop dead right there cartridge on Whitetails. Expands great and breaks both shoulders.

So far this bullet has been the most accurate bullet I have used. I have taken a nice pronghorn with this bullet with excellent results. The price was the first reason I tried it. Nice to know that you dont have to pay a fortune for a good bullet. I like the plastic case they come is as well

Been working on loads for a 300 win mag for a while. Never seemed to get quite what I expected, started to think it was possibly the gun, until I tried this bullet. Turns out my particular rifle loves flat base bullets! The 150gr SP from Sierra gave me .75" groups at 100 yards with muzzle velocity 3300fps according to book values. So glad to have found these bullets, and a great value on top of it all!

Bought these bullets to test 150 grain bullets in 308 Savage Tactical because I wasn't satisfied with the 165's. I was amazed with the accuracy. I only shoot targets with this rifle so am pretty particular. It shoots 1/2" 3 shot groups at 100 yds. pretty consistently. Now that I know this rifle likes the 150 gr. I will try the 150 Match next.

I've used these in several rifles in both 308 Win and 30-06 mostly Rem 700s. They are accurate and consistent. This flat base bullet has proved overall to be more accurate in the majority of my rifles that boat tail varieties and unless you're shooting several hundred yards, which we don't in the North East, these do just fine and this bullet has never failed to expand or do the job on Whitetail. Yes you can buy the latest miracle or this time proven one at half of the price.

After I won the local hunter class shoot with my little .308, everyone wanted to know what bullet I was shooting - The Sierra 150 grain Pro Hunter! Consistent weights per box with Sierra quality and performance for a very reasonable price. No cannelures to boot! Just beautiful clean lines with no dents Speer, Win., Rem.) Good medicine for Southern Deer and Small Hogs too!

Killed a bunch of stuff with this bullet in the 308 Win. Never had a failure up to 2900 fps chronographed velocity. Have not shot it over that speed at game. Great accuracy out of 8-9 different 308's. Price is right too. IF you're shooting deer and hog size animals this is a great accurate bullet with no misgivings. I also like the Hornady 150 interlock flat base bullet. The Sierra bullet is usually just a little more accurate.
