Sierra Varminter Bullets deliver the performance and consistency needed in the demanding sport of varmint hunting. Lightly constructed to provide explosive expansion while minimizing ricochets. These are the largest caliber Varminter bullets available and can handle high velocities out of any 30 Caliber rifle, including magnums. These are known to be very accurate and are used by some in Hunter Benchrest competitions. This is not loaded ammunition.

Loaded over H4350 this makes a very accurate and devastating round. I have taken at least a dozen coyotes with it out of a model 70 in 30-06. Low recoil, speed and accuracy is the name of the game. I highly recomend it for a quick kill. It is not for saving the pelt as I have had it cut a 'yote nearly in half. I carry a few full metal jackets for the times I call in a Bobcat or for that ever elusive albino coyote. Love it!

This is a great bullet. I recently loaded these to 3000 fps in 308win and achieved a 3 shot group of .595" at 100 yds off of a benchrest and bipod. Had I been shooting prone with sand bags I think i could have been under .500" or better. I've yet to try this bullet on soft targets but I imagine it would cause a massive would channel.

110 grains of accuracy and death, easy to load for and a blast to just sit down on a bench and shoot. Use this bullet for a 7 mag and a 308, I wont be changing a thing unless they ever quit making this bullet. Thanks Midway and Sierra.

I sighted in a used out of the box Remington 700PSS in .308 ,it has a stock 1:12 twist factory barrel, using a load thats been passed around the varmint hunter here locally its a standard load book load over 46.5 grains of H322 this bullet shoots 1 hole groups at 200 yards at around 3250FPS this isnt a pelt load by any means. for long range coyotes or any other predator for that matter this bullet dose the trick and puts them down SOLID! I wouldnt feel bad using this combo on smaller white tail. this bullet just plain works!!! I've even seen this bullet shot from a .300 win Mag pushing the 4000FPS mark it not only took the speed but grouped too!!

I just tried these in my Savage Striker .308 pistol over a mid-range charge of H-380 and shot a 3/4 inch group at 100yds. Looks like a good woodchuck load.

Absolutely the most accurate bullet ever fired from my Savage 111 30-06. Loaded with Varget which produced 3 shot groups with overlapping holes! Could not believe how these bullets perform. These bullets are better than match grade bullets. Would put them up against anything out there for target shooting. Thanks Sierra!

I use these bullets for a few reasons.One is that they are extremely accurate.Two. Devastating expansion.three. The lack of major ammunition manufactures to offer 110h.p. in .308 or 30-06.four. The reduction of felt recoil is dramatic.five. They do what they say they will. They will take down any Florida game with no problem. Last but not least, they do all of this without costing you an arm and leg to do so.

I load these in 7.62X54R, very similar load to the other gentleman, Mosin Nagant 91/30, Jmeck mount and Barska Huntmaster Pro 3-12x50. Highly accurate for prairie dogs, well over 100Y. They really reach out and touch! Gonna order some more right now.

Great bullet overall. I reload this for a 308 Encore rifle with sub MOA at 100 yrds at 3100fps. I took a large doe at 257 yards, she took one step and was DRT. Im very pleased with the bullet performance.
