These are good quality ...

These are good quality riser mounts but the screws are to thin for my rail on my ar-15 so no matter how tight I tightened them there was massive play back and forth with the mounts, and even some side to side, there fore the scope also moved.....so I returned them and ordered a truglo riser instead and it fit perfectly. It is one solid 4" mount too instead of two small ones. Cheaper too.

Maybe they have changed the design a bit since earlier reviews, but 2 of these slid right on my DPMS Panther Oracle very loosely. In fact, at first I was concerned they might not tighten down enough, but they did, nice and snug. Brings my red/green dot sight up to a perfect height so I don't have to hunker down on the stock anymore. Worked perfectly.

Easy to install. Just take screws out, pull charge handle back and slide on from the rear.You will need to remove the rear sight.

The tight fit is due to ...

The tight fit is due to the powder coating.Place a small screwdriver in the slot where the riser splits and it taps right on or off. Used on two DPMS and worked perfect.

This is obviously designed to be mounted permanently judging by the screws and how hard it was to put on. It does the job it was made for perfectly. If you want QD mounts buy them too, MidwayUSA sells them.

Nice and solid, well made, but fits too tight on my Doublestar top rail and UTG quadrail. Used a hammer to tap into place; it will be even more difficult to remove.

It is very tight on dpms flattop but will go on if you take screws out and push really hard. Excellent addition for Burris AR-P.E.P.R. 1-Piece Extended Scope Mount.

Worthless. Won't fit on ...

Worthless. Won't fit on anything, DPMS, Bushmaster, Doublestar uppers or any other rail. If this was designed as a non removable riser (every other reviewer had to hammer it on) they really missed it. I would never buy again or any other Burris product.
