I bought two a couple of months ago and they all feed reliably, drop from the gun quickly (they actually spring out if the bolt is closed) and they both hold the bolt open consistently. Reading the other reviews, I suspect there is a stronger spring in mine, but they still work great and stuck in CA it's one of the best options I've seen.

I have two of these magazines for my DPMS 24 inch bull barrel AR15 with Harris bipod. I shoot bench and the magazines fit nicely, clearing the bench. Both keep the bolt open after the last round, and eject cleanly. I only load 5 rounds, the first round requires careful insertion, and the other four load easily. The smoked plastic allows me to confirm the number of rounds.

This product failed after about 200 rounds. When it failed I had ten round all fly out. The upper loading portion cracked, expanding to let all 10 fly out. VERY diassapointed DPMS.

We have 5 of them used between 3 guns. All have worked flawlessly. We use them as opposed to 20 or 30 round mags because they don't get in the way of proper shooting positions.

Avoid. On the version received, mag plastic was more opaque than smoke. Follower constantly tipped and bound when pushed down with finger. My impression was the mag plastic was too soft. Maybe graphite spray could have helped a bit with this, but I figured safer to just pitch it.

Works OK in Kel-Tec SU-16A, very poorly in my NATO Conversion Steyr A3. Looks like a stock Steyr magazine but rounds pop out when loading. The follower tilts and jams. Thought it was the gun but Steyr tried Magpul worked fine. Retiring the DPMS from the Steyr...

It's an O.K. mag, just don't try using it when it's hot out. It seems if it gets warm, it will deform at the opening and not feed reliably.

Very disappointed with this product. I have a dpms rifle and lots of dpms accesories, all high quality. Can't believe they put thier name on this though. Tried to run some dummy rounds through it when I got it and it jammed right away. Tried a few more times and it worked ok but then I noticed a crack in one of the feed lips. Looked closer and saw two more cracks in the mag body. And I had not even fired any live rounds yet!
