Used these in my T/C Black Diamond XR .45 rifle. Got 3" 3-shot group at 100 yards with 110 grain (by volume) Cleanshot 2f. Can reload this combo for a second shot, though not easily. Shot a 125 lb. doe at 85 yards. Hit deer's spine angling downward. Deer dropped immediately. I think these bullets are easier to load than Knight/Barnes I previously used, about as accurate, and cost about a third of the price. Good enough to hunt with, cheap enough to plink/practice with.

Bullet itself is great, they hold up well and do the job. I had trouble with the sabots included in the package. They blew with only 100 grains of powder. The ones that didn't gave me a .75" group at 50 yards, but the ones that did missed completely. Great bullet but use different sabots.

I'm shooting this bullet out of a TC Omega with a max charge of Black Horn powder and getting 2385 fps. That is getting close to 308 win power. 2.25 inches high at 100 yd and dead on at 200 yd where I get 3 inch groups. Shot 2 good bucks dead in their tracks.

This round is spectacular. tremendously consistent groups at 100yd with 90gr loads with Black-horn 209 using CCI 209 shotgun primers T/C Omega .45,2"-3" groups depending on me. Easy loading and useful packaging after the fact. (use empty boxes for storing pre-lubed cleaning patches when empty). Highly reccomend!

This bullet loads easily and gives good accuracy in my (2) CVA .45Cal Firebolts. Although the rifles shoot best at 90gr loose 777, they produce excellent accuracy and give good terminal performance to 125 yards on 120-150# deer thus far. There is good bullet expansion on ribcage or shoulder shots in this distance range and pass-through's are the norm.

TC Omega with 4X Nikon ...

TC Omega with 4X Nikon Monarch scope @ 100 Yards, I was able to get 0.5" group from a bench rest firing 3 shots on a still day. I used Triple Seven pellets with Winchester Triple Seven 209 primers. I cleaned between each shot with one patch of Thompson's bore cleaner, followed by two dry patches. I got an average speed of the three shots @ 1985 FPS. The posted BC of this bullet is .265. Based on this assumption, trajectory would be 1.04" high at 50 yards with 1504 pounds of energy and 0.0" @ 100 yards with 1294 pounds of energy. The bullet would be 2.04" low @ 130 yards with 1181 pounds of energy. Now, I have not shot a deer with it, so the jury is still out on "real world" killing power. As far as accuracy, I have never gotten a better group with my Omega.

I have used this bullet to take 2 does and a nice upper peninsula 4 point buck. The shots on the does were from 45 yds. to 110 yards. the buck was shot at 57 paces quartering to me. None of these deer took more than 2 steps. The buck dropped in his tracks. No bullets recovered but great exit holes. 777 pellets, in a T.C. Omega 1 1/2 groups at 100 yards. GREAT BULLETS, for whitetails.

Great bullet....very accurate and does well in the field. Shot one deer at 145 yards and another at 50 yards. Both went about 10 steps. The one at 50 yards, bullet didn't exit, was messy, but still didn't' run off. I will take this accurate bullet any day.

I got these to try in my T/C Omega SS/Synthetic. With 110 grains of loose Triple Se7en FFFg, I get 1" groups at 100 yards if I do my job and shoot straight. According to the folks at Hodgdon, that bullet, rifle, powder combo gets me 2150 fps. Can't wait to shoot deer in a couple weeks.
