This set contains the parts needed to attain specific trigger pull weights for a 1911. Perfect for tactical or match use. Each part has been heat treated for long life and durability. Steel in the white. Requires fitting and installation by a qualified gunsmith. Springs have been prepped and matched at the factory.

I installed this kit in ...

I installed this kit in an 80 Series Colt Commander and it worked exactly as advertised, giving a nice 4lb trigger pull. Installation was easy, dropped right in and required no fitting whatsoever. Also, the hammer took cold bluing very well. The kit was definitely worth the money, much better than dropping the gun off at my local gunsmith and waiting 3-4 weeks for a trigger job. Normally I am far too lazy to write a review on any product, but this kit far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more pleased.

Great product from C&S. ...

Great product from C&S. Dropped right in my Remington R1 with absolutely no modifications. This is my first 1911 and I like to work on my guns myself and I was determined to do it. I did do a lot of research and studying about it and watched every video I could find. Only regret I have is I wish I would have got it in stainless because the steel in the white looks really good. None the less I am very pleased and was a huge improvement over the factory pull set.

Works as advertised, ...

Works as advertised, dropped in with no fitting, and greatly improved the trigger on my S&W1911PD. Used with a Ti mainspring cap and TiNi coated sear and hammer pins also from Cylinder & Slide. Plan to use again on my Taurus PT1911.

Easily drops in my 1911 ...

Easily drops in my 1911 Colt Delta elite making for a crisp 4 lb pull. I have no other experience but this trigger job made me feel like a pro. The quality ofthe product is sweet and anyone with a good knowledge of full take down of the 1911 can do it with some patience.

Trigger pull kit ...

Trigger pull kit installed and fit nicely with no fitting. This kit resulted in a trigger pull of 4.5 lbs with no creep or grittiness. These setups have a reputation for going 30,000+ shots before needing attention.The hammer blued easily to match my current gun finish.I would recommend this setup and would install another.

It cleaned up the trigger ...

It cleaned up the trigger pull on my Springfield GI, but required me to remove some of the metal from my hammer pin to use the supplied hammer. It did clean up my trigger a lot though. Also I needed to open up the holes in the sear to use it.
