My son and I have used these bullets on three elk and about ten mule deer bucks and love their accuracy and killing power. There is not a better bullet on the market for a muzzleloader.

These are by far the best sabots I've come across. Less than 1" groups from my Omega with BH209 lit by CCI 209M for an avg MV of 2115fps. I believe the claimed BC is incorrect as well, it's higher. With a zero 1.75" high at 100, I'm only getting -2" at 200 yards. The on game performance is amazing as well, incredible damage and lots of spray. If you want an accurate sabot that gives great trajectory, amazing penetration, and great accuracy, give the TMZs a try.

I have tried many of the top rated saboted bullets and these are the best. I have an old CVA hunter magnum and using 777 loose powder and CCI mag 209 primers am able to print consistent 1" groups at 100 yards and consistently hit the center of a 6" paper pie plate at 200 yards using my Nikon omega scope. Not bad for a cheap gun. Speaks a lot for the bullet considering the best 100 yard group before using these was 2" and I could never hit the 200 yard target before.

I tried all other brands of bullets in my new Triumph. Even the bullets (shock wave) that came with the rifle were all over the paper. I bought these Barnes and they beat everyone hands down. 1" MOA all the way.

I have been using this product for a few years now. At the 100 yard range with 150 grains of the Triple 7 pellets in my 50 cal. Knight Disc Rifle I am shooting a 1" group. I shot a Doe at 156 yards during the 2008 season dropping her in her tracks with a complete pass through, the lower neck. I took another doe in the 2009 early muzzleloader season at a incredible 251 yards in strong wind, dropping her in her tracks also with a complete pass through the ribs. This was with the help of my Nikon Omega BDC 250 Reticle scope. I hit her a few inches to the left of where I was aiming but the elevation was perfect. I would recommend these bullets to anyone.

I have been using the 250gr TMZ since they were made. My new load in my Encore Pro Hunter is 110grs of Blackhorn 209 under the 250gr TMZ. I have been getting sub-moa, 5-shot groups every time with an average velocity of 2,050fps. Sometimes I am getting one big ragged hole. I used this load for deer control here in Maryland this Summer and was dropping does at 200+ yards with ease. The combination of Blackhorn and the 250gr TMZ is unbeatable and clean up takes less than 5 minutes. It will change the way you view the power of your modern muzzleloader.

In a new t/c Omega I got 1.5 inch groups at 100yds with Pyrodex or T7. The groups were 2.5 inches at 200yrds and were about 6 to 8 inches lower. I will use this gun and load for a nv deer hunt this year.

With this bullet, blackhorn209 powder, and my TC Omega, I was able to get a grouping of 1" at 125 yards. Yesterday I took down a 8 point buck with this bullet at 150 yards. It was a front chest shot, shooting down into a valley at the deer. Hit the deer in the lower throat / high chest area, and I recovered the bullet in the heart region. I was surprised it didn't penetrate deeper, since in past seasons on a profile hit, this bullet has always passed through the deer completely. Anyways, I will never use another type of bullet. This is by far the best I've ever used. Oh yeah, and upon impact it flowers out into 6 petals just like they show in the pictures and videos. This is the only bullet I'll use.

I shoot this in my T/C Endeavor, with Blackhorn 209. This combination produces 1" groups for me at 100 yards with regularity. Perhaps more importantly, every deer I have shot with this load combination has dropped in their tracks. In 2009, I never even got the A-Bolt .308 out of the case - I just used the T/C throughout gun season and I love it! From now on, once I hang up the bow for the season, it is muzzleloader only. One shot challenge!

I shoot a T/C omega with 150 gr pyro pellets, and I have got good accuracy with Hornady 250g SST, But these bullets take the cake. I am getting inch to inch and a half groups every time at 100 yds. And I never have a flyer, they're always right on. So I extended my shooting to 150 yds and Bam!! right on again and about an inch lower. Now I moved to 200 yds and got a two inch three shot group about 3 1/2 inches low with a perfectly round hole in the paper. This is absolutely BARR NONE the best bullet I have ever shot using magnum loads.
