I have a ball with this ammo. Walk the fields and shoot flying grass hoppers for practice. Bees are fun too. I picked up a Remington 510 smooth bore and cant put it down. I found the Winchester ammo much better than other brands. This doesnt extract from most guns well with a shorter throw bolt. The old 500 series Remingtons work the best so far.

Like someone else mentioned, they don't cycle well out of a semi for me either, but out of my bolt they do great or any other gun should do fine. They are def the best price and are not too bad, would work best in a non rifled barrel but with normal rifled barrel works great up close with a lot of spread. If you notice it's kind of a long brass and when fired the crimped brass opens up into the rifling area, I think this is why they are sometimes hard to extract in a semi but not my bolt, my bolt does have way more use.

Very fun to shoot! Great on birds, mice, or pretty much anything you can get close to. This ammo actually produces good patterns at 30 ft. with a Ruger 10/22. Would have given them a 5 but they don't extract well from a semi-auto 10/22.

Me and my husband have a small dairy farm and with all the animal feed, lots of sparrows, starlings, mice and big rats. We both have a Remington 510 smoothbore 22 single shot rifle and these shot shells hold an excellent pattern out to about 20 yards. Flying starlings in the shed and big rats are no problem to kill with this ammo. Excellent ammo again from Winchester, the best on price and performance for small pests than either Remington or CCI.

I use this ammo to scare ...

I use this ammo to scare off problem birds and dogs that get to close! Just shoot into the ground ! The loud noisy will do the job! I also use these in my CCW as a back up for close in shooting, Stings real bad if hit in the rear end!
