This tool works as ...

This tool works as advertised. I have a mandrel for every caliber I reload. I started turning necks about 12 years ago after I noticed a dramatic change in the quality of rifle brass on the market. There seemed to be a huge change in general quality control. For the 30 years before that I didn't bother. Since I started turning the necks of my rifle brass I have enjoyed a splendid increase in accuracy and round to round consistency that is measurable on my chronogaph.
