Product Information

This is the original leather thumb snap holster designed by Bianchi more than 30 years ago. This design has proven itself for comfortably carrying long barreled revolvers in the field. An integral thumb snap secures the gun and prevents the hammer spur from snagging on clothing. Hand boning provides a precise, contoured fit for your gun. Will accommodate belts up to 2-1/4".

The holster does not fit ...

The holster does not fit my 4" barreled S&W 329PD, it's not long enough, the gun doesn't sit far enough into the holster so the retaining snap will not reach.

I ordered this holster ...

I ordered this holster for my S&W .357 8 shot Model 627 pro series revolver. I wasn't sure if it was going to fit because that is not one of the guns listed, but it fit great. The revolver is very snug and secure in the holster. Not to mention it is a classic looking holster. The only downside- it is made in mexico. Other than that, I would recommend it.

As with all past Bianchi products, the workmanship is very good as compared with several comparable manufacturers (dye work, welts, stitching, belt loops, leather grain). One thing that really would have helped me on my order is that I did not realize how high this model rides at the waist and that this model is really not adaptable to wearing on a separate hip belt (top heavy) as compared to a waist belt. Perhaps your catalog info could make this more specific. Take care and thanks for a great source of shooting products.
