With a flat base I was a bit skeptical but with a BC of .411, I thought I would give these a try especially for the price. After loading all 50 of them, using several different powders, I would pay twice as much for these bullets. I am shooting them out of a Browning X-Bolt and I have yet to try a load that will not group under 1 MOA (4 shot groups, barrel hot or cold!)at 200 yards, off of the bench!!! They hit like a ton and maintain Excellent weight after penetration. I have bought the Barnes, Hornady, Nosler, and Sierra for this rifle and not one will out shoot this bullet! If I could include a picture I would show 3 rounds in the same hole! For my rifle and Money.... There is nothing better.

The hunt of 2010 was a good one, I got my first Rocky Mountain elk. I used my 8X57 Mauser and loaded up the bullets with 49 grains of IMR 4064 and 250 Magnum primers. I hit while it was running away from 150 yards, the bullet hit it in the upper spine and created a one and a half inch gap. I was happy with the retention, nothing fractured off into the meat(besides bone) and it blew through the other side. If you need a bullet that will get the job done, then I will attest to the potential of this bullet.

Great accuracy in my M24/47 Yugo 1-1/2" @ 100yds with a 60 year old barrel. Awesome!! With a 6x Pentax Gameseeker, this bullet packs a wallop!

Bagged 2 black bears in BC Canada last May ; both 1 shot kills via a Browning .325 X bolt. Expansion left golf ball sized exit wounds. 1 bear was 6'x6' and the smaller 5'10'' x5'10''; both are rugs now.

Handload for my Yugo M24/47. This bullet plays hell on deer sized game, and probably bigger, just haven't tried yet. Great penetration. I've shot a few deer and have had clean pass-throughs on all. Shot two wild sheep in one shot and had pass-throughs on both. Can't ask for much more, especially for the price!

My dad and I just returned from a successful moose hunt. He was using a 325 wsm loaded with 200 grain hot-core bullets (moly coated) and pushed by re22, win cases, fed 215 primers at 2950fps.shot was a broadside shot at about 100yds. Bullet entered behind left shoulder, passing clear through and lodging in the hide on the right side just behind the shoulder. When retrieved and weighed, it weighed 131.5gr for a 65% weight retention. It expanded to twice its diameter. I would recommend this bullet to anyone shooting this caliber. It is now my bullet if choice.
