Lee 2-Cavity Bullet Molds are a great choice for reloaders looking for a quality mold at an affordable price. Lee machines their mold blocks from aluminum making them rust resistant. Aluminum molds heat up and cool down faster than iron or steel molds and good bullets can usually be produced only after a few casts. In addition, aluminum blocks are one-third the weight of iron or steel mold blocks offering the bullet caster less fatigue during extended casting sessions. To ensure the best possible bullets, mold block halves are CNC machined for unmatched roundness and size control. Weights given are Lee's weights with suggested alloy; actual weight may vary due to the alloy mixture used.

Ive used this to cast 310 ...

Ive used this to cast 310 gr bullets for my Marlin 444 and Smith 629. It is easy to break-in, use and drops perfect bullets after only 3 attempts after heat-up. Lube the mold top with NRA beeswax to prevent galling. I bought another one of this and used a lathe to remove some top metal and the gas check groove. Casted bullets weigh about 290 gr and still very accurate. Used it for practice. I recommend Lee molds!!

My first mold and had ...

My first mold and had good success. Must be kept warm to produce the best bullets. Also had to make sure the mould blocks were aligned. Bullets came out around 307 grains. They are big suckers! Can't wait to shoot them!

I got this mold last ...

I got this mold last summer and it took me a while to get used to it but it does cast good bullets with straight wheel weight they are a bit on the heavy side with lla and gas checks they weigh in at 316 grs but shoot great out of my Ruger BH and the bullets seem to fall out of the mold. I'd have given it 5 stars but the pin that holds the handles on it fell out after the first casts but I fixed that with a punch and small hammer. Bent the edge so the pin stays in place. This is one of 6 lee molds I have and I will be getting more lee molds as Ive had good luck with all of them

I got this mold and the ...

I got this mold and the 240gr molds last year for my Ruger Super BlackHawk it did take almost 50 bullets to break in but now the bullets drop out like slick grease I use straight wheel weights havent got any that weigh 310 Im getting 316 but the shoot great and Im keeping them in a 3 inch circle with open sites at 35 yards and thats great for me I havent gotten anything better with factory loads in that hand gun give this mold a try I like it so much Im going to be ordering some lee molds for all my guns soon.

I use this primarily in my 444 marlin. It has become the only bullet I use in it. Absolutely devastating on deer. once used it in my 1894 44 mag. It is really more than I need for this gun but shoots very well at top loads. I did take a squirrel at 90 yds. with the 44. DRT.

The mold casts well and ...

The mold casts well and really dumps out the bullets once you get going. I like the six gang Lee mold design better than Lees double cavity molds. I get excellent results with the bullet in my Ruger Redhawk and the 310 grain bullet really packs a whollop when stocked up.

This is first Lee mold ...

This is first Lee mold I've tried. After carefully following instructions, I have cast well over 1500 bullets of high quality. The heat up is fast by dipping the mold tip into the lead for about 45 secs. Bullets are .432" and very round. Just make sure you clean the mold before using to remove oils left by machining, smoke it and lube the pins and V-ribs, pre-heat, use fluxed lead (Lyman #2 alloy is great) at 750 C and you'll be casting great bullets in 4-5 tries. I've loaded the bullets into Winchester Brass and shots pull into a 2" circle on a Marlin carbine at 60 yds. Great mold!!

This is one big bullet ...

This is one big bullet and in .444 Marlin it is real accurate and can be pushed to the limit. If you ever have to put an end to the micro-groove won't shoot cast myth, this is the bullet to do it with. I have also used it in .44 magnum rifle but prefer another slightly lighter bullet for that.

First bullets I ever cast ...

First bullets I ever cast in my life were usable and accurate. Shoots a bit better loaded to 1.71 OAL(rear cannelure) than 1.6 (front cannelure) and will (just barely) feed thru Marlin 1894, but not very smoothly at times with the longer OAL.

Bought this mold to cast .430 Dia bullets to use w/sabot in my .50 Muzzleloader. Devastating on both swamp hogs and deer pushed by 100 grains of 777.
