Product Information

The Knoxx CompStock is a replacement stock that dramatically reduces felt recoil. An internal system of rollers and springs reduces peak recoil by over 50 percent, making even the heaviest magnums a delight to shoot. Based on a Hogue overmolded stock, the CompStock features a fiberglass skeleton and overmolded rubber surface that make it as durable as it is comfortable.

Installed the gunsmith ...

Installed the gunsmith kit on my Savage 110 30-06 and reduced felt recoil to between a .243 and 30-30. Way better than expected results as it turned my mule kicker into a gun I can shoot again with my back injury. This system works as advertised, thanks Knoxx. I will be installing these on my other big rifles as I have learned I do not have to get beat by recoil any longer.

I put the CompStock kit ...

I put the CompStock kit on a 300 Weatherby (Remington Sendero). I didn't have any bad shooting habits before and didn't want to develop any. I installed the kit before the first shot. What a joy to shoot!! After 20 rounds through my 30 06, next day, I had some soreness in my shoulder. After 40 rounds through my 300 Weatherby, next day, my shoulder was completely fine. I LOVE IT!!! My buddy said the recoil felt about the same as a 16 gauge shotgun.

I installed this on my wife's .243 It's a Remington Model 7 Youth and weighs maybe 5 pounds with a scope. It wasn't that pleasant to shoot. After installing the Knoxx CompStock it feels more like shooting a .22 LR. My wife wouldn't shoot more than 2 rounds from the rifle before installing the CompStock. Afterwards she shot off a full box of 20 rounds and was smiling at the end. There couldn't have been a better endorsement of the CompStock for me.

I got this to put on my ...

I got this to put on my daughters 308. she's only 8 and can shoot a group at 100 yards. There is no kick at all. She shot my 222 and said it kicked. If you have a kid and don't want to scare them with a bad kick, try the Knoxx it really works.
