Broke after round 14, ...

Broke after round 14, much easier to see than a standard front sight, but that doesn't do any good when the fiber tube falls out.

I love it! I use it with ...

I love it! I use it with the SKS peep sight & can drill pop cans most of the time at 100 yds off a sandbag. Great for aging eyes, and works great without prescription glasses. Yeah, the red fiber bar did begin sliding out, but I hit the plastic end with hot soldering iron and now it's in there fast. Next one goes in one of the AK's (somehow).

I bought mine 2nd hand at ...

I bought mine 2nd hand at a gun show, installed it in about 20 min, had to do some minor filing to make it fit and then added a little blue lock tight. I have fired hundreds of rounds with no problem. Great sight, along with the Williams peep sight make a awesome combo. I was rear ended at a red light with the rifle in the trunk, busted the stock but sights did NOT lose their zero.

The Williams ...

The Williams WSKS-Aperture Sight must be purchase with the Williams firesight as the front post will no longer be adjustable. They were both very easy to install using just a screwdriver, punch and hammer. My first time at the range I was on the paper straight out of the box and it only took a 1/2 turn on the elevation screw to get in the bull at 50 yds. Sight picture was very nice and the front sight is very bright even in low light conditions. I am very pleased with it. Sight installed easily ...

Sight installed easily (removal of old one was the hard part). I didn't like that it is wider (thicker) than the factory post because aiming seemed less precise. Also, I have a Tech Sights rear peep, and this sight is far too high for it. I had to put the factory adjustable one back on.

Easy installation. Solid ...

Easy installation. Solid once tightened down with provided hardware. May have to make minor size modification with some light grit sandpaper. Very happy with the item.

Gave it another chance ...

Gave it another chance this time the sight lasted 2 mags then fell out, junk.
