Having owned this product ...

Having owned this product for a while and done extensive shooting with the pin installed, I have found the part to be of poor design. The concept is excellent, however, the push button and moving internal parts malfunctioned and became stuck in the compressed position. Only after using a punch and some excessive force, the pin came out and the factory one back in.

I purchased two of these ...

I purchased two of these items for my Sig SWAT and a Sig 556 Pistol. The original units with two screws took some agility to remove. The barrel of the pin needs to be longer so you can push it out while depressing the button on the other side. With a little practice you can get them out easier than the originals.

Thank you! A great replacement part for the difficult stock part. Big fingers may need more practice to operate the pin, but works fine for me.

This pin is a huge time ...

This pin is a huge time saver. Excellent quality and now I avoid fumbling around with the factory screw and don't scratch-up the finish. Sig should make this standard from the factory!
