Sightron has introduced a unique 4-pattern reticle for shotguns, rifles, handguns and bows to cover all shooting situations. This sight is waterproof, fogproof and nitrogen filled. Reticle light intensity is controlled by an eleven-position rheostat. This is a high-quality sight as only a Sightron can make. Ring mounts, front and rear extension tubes, a polarizing filter, battery, haze filter caps and an allen wrench are all included. Factory lifetime replacement warranty.

What a great product! I have 3 of these scopes. one on a Ruger Mark III,and two Ruger Super RedHawks, a 44mag and a 454 Casull. I was a little worried that the 454 recoil might be to much for that scope, WRONG!! I've fired it many times for practice and taken several White Tails with it this year and POA has not changed!! In order to mount it on a Super Red Hawk, you will need base adapters! The 33 mill. rings that come with the scope will not fit the Super Red Hawk! I bought the Burris adapters and they have preformed flawlessly. I only wish that they had given the scope a 2 mil dot option for longer range shots. If you're undecided about this scope, I hope this was of some use.

I have this sight on a ...

I have this sight on a custom-built double rifle chambered for .45-70 Government. I've killed one black bear with it and one hog. The hog shot was a very, very, very, VERY quick left-to-right, full-out running shot with a very narrow "window of opportunity." I'm sure a lot of red-dot sights could have helped me take both the bear and the hog, but this is the one I would recommend. I did a LOT of research on such sights before buying the Sightron and I have no regrets. I really like having multiple reticle choices and, clearly, this sight stands up to a fair amount of recoil. I've put a lot of rounds through my double rifle beyond the two one-shot kills on the aforementioned hunts. If you know anything about double rifles, you know that the vector the muzzle follows, after you break the shot, is somewhat different between the left barrel and the right. My point in mentioning this is to clarify just how well this sight handles recoil. I've never had any issues with the zero staying put, the brightness control offers a good range of intensity, and I have no complaints about battery life. Bang for buck, this optic is a good value.

Bought this scope for a S&W model 629 .44 mag. Great scope so far, Does not change POI when changing reticles. I would change the battery to a brand name right away. Good battery life, rugged, quality! clear. Worth the money

Bought this scope for a ...

Bought this scope for a neat little .22 pistol we were putting together for my mother because she was having trouble with iron sights but wanted to go shooting with her boys. It mated very well with the Tactical Solutions upper and looked trippy with the upper's distinctive silver barrel flutes, but the real proof is in how it shoots. The Tac Sol upper is a shooter, and the Sightron red dot makes it ridiculously easy to shoot little tiny clusters. The biggest reward for us was seeing my mom's reaction to hitting pop cans. A .22 isn't going to test the durability of a scope, but the scope has handled repeated adjustments well for us. The multiple reticles come in handy, and the optic, for what it is worth, appears very solid. I like this red dot so much, I am thinking about putting one on my AK. I highly recommend it, and the Tactical Solutions upper for the Ruger Mk II, if you are interested.

I purchased the two-tone ...

I purchased the two-tone stainless model which is currently mounted on a two-tone stainless 1911 .45 ACP...Looks and functions great! It was easy to zero and bullet point of impact remained the same when changing reticles. The sight picture is clear and reticles are well defined and bright. This multi reticle unit can be mounted on different guns for a variety of uses. I like this product...It is well built, has a reasonable price and comes with a lifetime warranty.

I have it mounted on a 44mag revolver. It withstands the recoil and maintains its zero. 33 mm objective may seem big, but it provides a great sight picture. I did lots of research on electronic sights before I made the purchase; quality and price of this model can not be beat.

I really like this scope ...

I really like this scope so far. I have it mounted on my Ruger Mark III Hunter and it looks very good. The windage and elevation adjustments require a flat head screw driver and they are protected under two screw on metal dust caps (very high quality construction). I had no problem clicking in a zero. The owners manual is pretty skimpy.
