I bought some of these to replace the extended floorplates on my P2000 9mm magazines. The extended floorplates printed during concealed carry and had a tendency to poke into my side while driving. These low-profile floorplates do the same job while removing the needless extension and rubber base. Having these installed makes for a much more comfortable carry experience and I print much less when bending over and such. They also fit flush with the mag-well whereas the extended models did not. A worthwhile upgrade for anyone who owns a P2000 or equivalent pistol.

I purchased these floor plates for the 13-round 9mm P2000. These are made of a quality rubber material with the HK logo on the bottom. Installation is as easy as emptying the magazine, pressing the floorplate button, sliding the old floorplate off and sliding this new one on. The fit is excellent and flush with the bottom of the frame/grip. These flat floorplates are more compact and have less gap between the frame than the extended "finger groove" type that came with the pistol. These flat floorplates will also eliminate the pinky finger pinch some people get between the extended floorplate and frame when shooting. I definitely recommend these flat floorplates over the extended floorplates, especially for concealed carry.

This is a correction from my other review. These floorplates are plastic, not rubber. The color and quality of the floorplates are consistent with the pistol's frame.
