An economical set that includes the compact low profile Williams Guide Receiver Sight and the appropriate height front sight. The Guide Receiver Sight features simple, positive screw-lock windage and elevation adjustments. In most cases the sight utilizes the existing scope mounting screw holes or dovetail on top of the receiver for installation. Gold bead front sight included.

Easy to install, only ...

Easy to install, only needed the appropriate screw driver and a brass drift and hammer. Drift out the front sight and drift in the new one, then using the factory D&T-ed holes on the receiver screw on the rear sight and away you go. Much better than factory sights and seems durable so far. Two bricks of ammo later no issues.

This is my second review for this sight, and my opinion of it has worsened. Sighting it in turned out to be a huge headache. Because of the way the rear sight slides in its dovetails, it is very difficult to make small, precise adjustments. The included front sight turned out to be too high for the factory Ruger barrel, and I had to file it down to make it the right height, though it is easier to use with a flat top rather than the bead. After sighting it in again, I only got about 20 rounds through it before the windage screw shot loose. So it tightened it again and sighted it in the third time. This time it made it through about 50 rounds before coming loose and dropping the top half of the sight on the ground. I finally tightened it enough to bend the blade on my screwdriver and sighted it in for the fourth time. Despite being pretty easy and accurate to shoot with, because of the windage screw, the difficulty in making adjustments, the wrong front sight height, and the mediocre quality throughout, I really can't recommend it. There must be something better out there.

I use the 10/22 for target shooting. With this sight, accuracy is vastly improved. It remains to be seen how durable it will prove to be, but it has not needed re-adjustment after 4 or 5 trips to the range once the initial sighting-in was done. Definitely a keeper.

This product is good , if you like peep sights. Easy to install front and rear sights. You need a small screw driver to make adjustments . I used an eyeglasses screw driver .
