Come on people, a little ingenuity. You didn't really think this was a 'one size fits all' plug did you? Here's what to do. If the plug is too loose put a little black electrical tape around it. If it's too tight, trim a little. Then take some black automotive adhesive/sealant (available at any auto store), or other silicone based sealant, and coat the inside of the plug. Pop it in and it won't come out. If you ever want to replace the handle, you can either pull the plug out or cut it out. The silicone sealant won't harden so you can peal it off the inside of the handle if you want. I would have done this even if my plug fit perfectly, just in case. Problem solved!

This is a good product to keep dust and dirt and other unwanted things out of your pistol grip, however as "storage" I do not recommend it at all. It stops staying in place after a few times of taking it out, and I lost my laser boresighter because of it. So if you just leave it in, it'll work, but don't plan to use it for storage.

Works just fine in my Hogue grip. I probably wouldn't use it to store any heavy or valuable items. I recommend the product!

Just installed on my dpms panther sportical. Very tight fit. Going shooting tomorrow. I don't anticipate any issues. Not using it for storage. Just to keep dirt out of the handle.

have 2 AR's & 4 grip plugs. 2 hold 3 bullets, 2 are plain. ALL 4 fit so tight had to shave a little rubber off. works fine. never fell out over 200+ rounds. both in DPMS A2 grips. wouldnt even try on other brand grips.

Does not stay in place on A2 or Hogue grip. Every 3 or 4 shots it would work its way loose. Don't bother.

I have the stock grip that came with my DPMS lower kit and I have a First Samco grip that I am currently using and this plug is too small for either one. Fits a very small hole.
