My grip strength had ...

My grip strength had weakened since elbow surgery and my shooting suffered. This is a good hand/forearm exerciser. I keep it handy to use it while on the phone or watching TV/web surfing. If you wish, you can work each finger independently, or just grip all 4 at once. A few minutes here, a few minutes there and you'll notice a difference. I plan to order the heavy tension model soon...but I've got a lot of work to do with this one yet.

This helps strengthen ...

This helps strengthen each finger, your hand as a whole, and even the triceps all the way up to your elbow. You'll notice that your trigger control is a lot more fluid, which helps your accuracy.The manufacturer's website shows different exercises you can do with the Gripmaster. For shooters, the best one is the "Trigger Grip" where you wrap three fingers around all the way to the knuckles and squeeze/hold down the springs. While doing that, use the pad of your index finger to repeatedly press down the other spring. This works both the trigger finger and the grip fingers at the same time. Works great!
