This is one of three medias that I have used in my turbo flo 2200. It is my favorite. I get very bright cases and don't add polish to the media. The cases are relatively free of residue when finished and all I have to do is occasionally clean out the primer pockets.

The media is too coarse and jams up in the primer pockets And worse, you'll need to keep a bent opened paper clip nearby to press kernals out of the flash hole. Next is the polishing claim. I don't consider the finish polished by any stretch of the imagination. Prior to messing up my previous batch of media by throwing in rice (so much for buying forum recommendations carte blanch), my cleaned and polished cases looked like gold jewelry. I consider this purchase an absolute total waste of money and will be looking for some corn cob to buy at the gun show tomorrow.

Makes your brass nice and bright

It does what it is supposed to do. No more dusty than anything else that I've used, and it gets stuck in flash holes like everything else, but it makes the brass super bright and shiny.

This stuff Rocks!!! After 3 hours of tumbling 200 rounds of 220 Swift and they look like brand new casings. I will agree that you should leave the primers in so as not to get media stuck in the primer pockets. This 6 lb. container has lasted me almost 4 months cleaning around 200 casings each time. Which, I shoot around 200 rounds every other week.

3 pounds of product and over 4,000 rounds cleaned. Minimal dust and no signs of breaking down. Media can clean about 300 rounds of .223 to a nice shine in about 1:30.

I started cleaning with this product prior to removing the expended primer and have had nothing but great results. We cleaned thousands of rounds on one 6 lb container. My son insisted it was still working, but I wanted to try something else, so I bought untreated corn cob media. Big mistake. After one use on the untreated, I noticed all the dust on and around my bench. You can put a tumbler polish in this material and the results are fantastic. I just ordered a lot more of this product, and I am sticking with it now.

Much happier with this product over the RCBC tumbling media. Shines cases much better and does not leave behind a residue. I use a Frankford Arsenal tumbler and run it in the media for only an hour or two and cases come out nice and clean. Media is smoother and more effective with cleaning out the small rifle primer pocket than the RCBS media, however a granule will usually get stuck in the flash hole. A small pointed scribe or similar will take care of that in less than a second so it's no big deal. Great media and container has a pop top to pour and close for storage.

Best stuff so far. I've found that the corn cob doesn't leave a film like the reddish nut shell media. The only drawback is that the bits are just the right size to get stuck in primer pockets. Oh well. Used in conjunction with Flitz polish, 6 hours of vibratory cleaning brings the brass back to an impressive shine. The 'Easy Pour' spout is a good gizmo as well.

Works pretty good. Haven't tried anything else though. Seems like you have to tumble the brass for about 6 hrs before it gets completely clean.
