Good quality reamer. No chatter, leaves mirror smooth finish. Used to ream new FSB to fit existing barrel. I've done several so far, and all came out perfect.

I used this on a previously installed AR FSB. 1/8" end mill to flatten the curve in the barrel, #31 drill to finish the hole. Taper reamer to finish size. Lots of cutting oil and compressed air, take your time and check for size often. I was a little nervous as this was my first. Worked great. Does exactly what it is supposed to. I went a little deep with the end mill on the rear hole and had to use a longer 2/0 taper pin from ACE. Trimmed it off on both ends. Looks flawless.

Set up the barrel with ...

Set up the barrel with front sight base, pre-drilled the holes and then ran the reamer in the holes with cutting oil. Raised the reamer and checked the fit with the taper pins and adjusted the depth. Went back down with the reamer to finish the holes. Worked great. Very happy with the results.
