I bought this to provide a tougher covering for a 1/4" Kick-Eez sorbothane comb pad. It does that part well, and it holds the U-View load tubes solidly. My only nit-picky complaint is that the eyelets are delicate, and to prevent tear-out I had to ditch the supplied lacing and use 1/8" elastic cord to lace it up. I use loose powder (Blackhorn) so I keep saboted bullets in one tube, and pre-measured powder charges in the other 2 tubes. This requires that I keep the rifle pointed upward while removing the tubes, of course, and I cut them down a bit to keep them from snagging on stuff while carrying the rifle. The unit is good overall, but T/C ought to consider supplying it with some good shock cord to lace it up instead of a cheap shoelace.

Good product in concept. It keeps three reloads handy, doesn't effect cheek weld and is generally out of the way. Be careful lacing it up, I blew out two eyelets rather easily.
