The Super SCAR Trigger by Geissele is a two-stage, semi-auto only, drop-in replacement trigger. The Super SCAR gives a clean and crisp 4-1/2 lb total trigger pull comprised of a 2-1/2 lb first stage followed by a 2 lb second stage. All components are black oxide coated to provide outstanding corrosion protection. The trigger kit comes complete with all parts, springs, lubricants and installation instructions necessary to install in any SCAR 16s or 17s.

A terrific upgrade for my SCAR 16. The trigger installed easily, with the help of the Bill Geissele You Tube video. Don't forget to use the replacement grip screw, otherwise your safety will not work correctly. This trigger was expensive, but was worth every penny.

Purchased for my SCAR 17s. Absolutely changed the way I use this weapons system, this two stage is short travel, and breaks clean as glass. Allowing for fast follow up shots, as well as precise long range shooting. I absolutely recommend as your #1 upgrade part for any SCAR weapons system.

Fantastic! Factory trigger was really bad on my SCAR 17. Really rough and heavy. Installation of Geissele Super Scar Trigger was a breeze. According to my digital gauge, trigger pull weight has been cut in half ... from over 8 lbs to right at 4 lbs. Before, it was a really good Battle Rifle. Now, it is a great Battle Rifle and a really good long-range rifle! Can't imagine having a SCAR without it. Buying a second one for my SCAR 16.

This is a great trigger ...

This is a great trigger for my SCAR 17s. It changed the trigger from a long-travel, gritty, 8 lb trigger to a fantastic two stage trigger. Three of us used the SCAR with the regular trigger and then again after the trigger change. All three of us thought the new trigger was a great change. This is a 16.5" barrel battle rifle that can shoot < 1 moa with the new trigger. I had a little trouble putting the trigger in the first time. I got in touch with Bill Geissele and he helped me through and it only took about 5 minutes the second time. He also offered to have me send the fire control module to them and they would install the trigger if I needed them to. I didn't need to do that.

Just installed this trigger in my SCAR 17S. Directions were very clear and trigger assembly installation was a snap. The quality was evident and the new trigger pull was excellent. It is the proverbial glass rod breaking. Well worth the money if hitting the target is what you're after.

Interestingly enough, the trigger actually comes with a shortened grip screw so you don't have to go cutting on your current one. In conjunction with the YouTube video, the instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend reading the instructions and pausing the video as you go. My SCAR 17 trigger pull is much improved now. Don't know why FN didn't bother to put a decent trigger in there to start with.
