I accidentally ordered ...

I accidentally ordered these rings for a CZ 452 American 22LR with a 3/8" dovetail. Ordered the correct Talley rings but I kept these until I got a CZ 452 Varmint 22LR with an 11mm dovetail and then discovered that they had different stamped numbers and would not fit correctly. It was too late to return them to MidwayUSA so I called Talley. Their customer service was excellent and I had a replacement set in my hands within a week. Talley makes great scope rings and these rings for 11mm dovetails are no exception. When mounted, Talley rings look like they are an integral part of the rifle and they are very strong. The vertical split ring design won't mar or put stress your scope. For CZ rimfire owners, these 11mm Talley rings fit the following rifles in 22LR: 452/453 Varmint, 452 Scout, 452 FS, 452 Lux, 452 Trainer, 452 Style, 452 Silhouette and the 513 Basic. They also fit the 452 Lux in 22WMR and all calibers of all the CZ 455 models. For CZ 452/453 American in 17HM2 and 22LR and the CZ 452/453 Varmint in 22WMR and 17HMR, get the 3/8" dovetail Talley rings #100004, #100005 or #100006 available from good old MidwayUSA.

CZ453 Varmint - Zeiss ...

CZ453 Varmint - Zeiss 3x9x40 scope. These rings work great! I bought the low mount Talleys first and my scope cleared the barrel but the bolt wouldn't open due to the large rear objective that Zeiss uses. From the looks of it you could probably clear a 42mm objective with these but anything more would be a serious maybe-maybe not. They're tall but not too tall. Everyone who has shot my gun feels like they are comfortable with their cheek still resting firmly on the gun.
