A little long, but works good, I have not been able to get a mag to pop out while carrying my 29 in a mtac holster. Could be a bit shorter

This is horrible quality extended magazine catch compared to the stock Glock one. It provides NO positive feedback "click" of the magazine snapping into place I imagine because the tolerances are not quite as good.

Good product. I forgot to measure it before putting it in my Glock 21, but I'd say it extends the magazine release about 1/8" further out from the stock release. If the firearm is set on it's left side and rocked in the right position with about 3-ish pounds of force on the right side, it will release the magazine. This does not get hung up in my Blackhawk serpa holster since the release doesn't go into the holster. Not sure if it'd have problems with other holsters. 4 stars instead of 5 because the edges/corners of the release are sharp. They bothered me enough while shooting that I took some fine sandpaper and beveled/rounded the corners and edges. This seems to have helped a lot minimizing the discomfort and am much happier with it. I no longer need to re-position my firing hand when doing reloads which makes for a faster time. Highly recommended!
