This DPMS A2 AR-15 Upper Receiver Assembly comes fully assembled and ready to install on any standard small pin, mil-spec lower receiver. Perfect for those who prefer a fixed carry handle/rear sight assembly or for building a semi-auto rifle honoring a classic military arm, this Forged 7075-T6 Aluminum A2 Upper is equipped with a 20" Heavy Contour Barrel and a versatile 1 in 9" rifling twist for stabilizing light- to medium-weight bullets up to about 69 grains. The upper is fully outfitted and ready to shoot with a 5.56x45mm NATO chamber, A2 polymer handguards, bolt carrier group, charging handle, forged A2 front sight assembly with bayonet lug, A2 flash hider, forward assist, shell deflector and ejection port door.
