Product Information

These firearm-specific blocks allow the direct mounting of ACE Skeleton Modular Stocks or an ACE folding mechanism and Modular Stock. Use of a Modular Receiver Block and an ACE AR-15 Stock Interface allows AR-15 Stocks to be easily mounted to the firearm.

Please Note: The AK-47 Internal Receiver Block, product 595009 requires cutting the rear stock tang for installation, and does not fit slant-cut recievers.

Dropped right in after cutting the tang

I finally gathered up the courage to cut the stock tang off my nicely built Interarms Tantal. Once the tang was cut off, and the pistol grip and bushing were removed, the ACE adapter slipped right into the Nodak Spud Tantal receiver. I have had to cut away pretty significant amounts of metal on internal stock adapters made for Saiga rifles and shotguns to get everything fit together, so I was pretty happy that the ACE block was basically "plug and play."

Sized wrong for my ...

Sized wrong for my bulgarian ssr85c, needed to be filed narrower to fit in my reciever, rear trunnion interface screw came loose untill I drilled and tapped ace block for more secure fit, pistol grip screw interface was over sized so did not fit tightly. Ended up drilling 2 holes in the sides of my reciever and ace block, tapping the holes in the ace block and bolting it more securely to receiver to eliminate play in stock. Works great now, just wish it had been more of a drop in component

I was worried after reading some reviews claiming they had a small gap between the receiver and the block but this piece fits perfect. It locks up really solid.

Happy with midwayusa. Item was top quality but must admit that it isn't a perfect fit for WASR 10-63 stamped AK. Had to cut off stock tang as expected but block had to be ground down in several different places to slide into receiver properly. Definitely not a drop in part, even after the tang is removed. Still best choice for most compact stock mount.

I was incredibly nervous about cutting the rear tang off my rifle. I had nightmares about finding this unable to fit after the tang was removed. Boy was I relieved! Fit like a charm, snug against the receiver with no gaps and certainly no wiggle. I can't vouch for other rifles, but this fits a PolyTech Mak 90 like it was a factory option.

Very well made. I used to think the price was a bit high compared to others, but after getting one, it's a great price. It sits in the receiver, and you secure it with the forward screw and the pistol grip nut.Pros: Very Strong, shortens the overall lengthCons: Must remove rear tangAlthough, once you get this, and an Ace, or DPH stock installed, you'll most likely never want to go back to the original stock.

After cutting the tang off and grinding for a flush fit, the ACE IMRB is secured in place which allowed perfect fit for the ACE SOCOM stock on my WASR. Well over 500rds spent since the install. Excellent product.
