The handest little thing to have.

The best little can opener you can get used one for 12 years in the ARMY. Dilivery on time and quick as always way to go Midway.

I ordered 5 of these, for ...

I ordered 5 of these, for the key ring, tackle box, etc. They do work for opening cans just like they're supposed to but I do have an issue with these. These don't say "SHELBY CO." on them like the old ones did, so i think these aren't exact copies of an original P-38. The main issue I have is that the cutting part doesn't "lock" open or closed like the originals did. This makes them impossible to carry on my keychain. It just loosely pivots back and forth and does so in my pocket which made me need to remove it and slide it into the inner part of my wallet. All in all it still does what its supposed to do, very inexpensively, and that is the most important part I guess.

Works just as well as it ...

Works just as well as it has for the past 50+ years. Small and out of the way until you need it. I've had one in my wallet since the 60's. I keep one in the camping box and one in the glove box.
