These perennial plants come back for years and are designed to survive extreme cold making this blend a great choice for northern zones. This mixture of high sugar perennial grasses, white clover, and chicory is extremely attractive throughout the year and will help you attract and hold more deer on your property.

- Seeding Rate: 4 lbs per acre traditional or 22 lbs per acre frost seeding
- Planting Depth: 1/2 inch
- Fertilizer Recommendations: Use balanced fertilizer such as 13-13-13 and apply 200-300 lbs per acre
