I'm painstakingly ...

I'm painstakingly thorough when it comes to keeping my firearms clean. I've tried everything and M-Pro 7 is the most effective cleaning product I've ever used. It is as gentle as soapy water but as powerful as the harshest industrial chemicals when it comes to dissolving carbon buildup. My cleaning times are cut in half and that means more time to obsess over shooting!

This is one of the best ...

This is one of the best gun cleaners on the market; it does not smell, cuts through oil and carbon and works great. I use many of the M-Pro 7 product line and if I could only use one product this would be it! I use it at home and at the range (quick cleaning) with a boresnake. The results with only using the cleaner and boresnake are amazing.

Anyone still using ...

Anyone still using Hoppe's #9 needs to try this stuff. It removes carbon fouling noticeably better. Parts that I used to have to scrub just wiped clean. I still had to scrub some things but it was way easier. It doesn't stink up your whole house either.

Like some of the other ...

Like some of the other reviewers, I too have been in the firearms business for over 30 years and have tried many solvents. Like most I started with Hoppe's in my youth and switched to other brands over time, but many have bad odors and is toxic in one way or another. M-Pro7 is non toxic and odor free and when sprayed on gun parts resembles soapy water. It cleans on contact and just rubbing with your hands will loosen carbon buildup, just finish with a toothbrush and wipe off. The spray bottles are of good quality and I have never had one fail and a couple of sprays will cover your work area easily. Since my job as a writer gives me the opportunity to test and evaluate a lot firearms cleaning gear, I have found nothing that makes me want to switch from M-Pro7. They also have M-Pro7 Bore Cleaning Gel and M-Pro7 Ultimate Gun Lubrication which also delivers what they advertise. I use the bore gel after long test firing sessions to remove carbon and lead and as it states most copper fouling and I use the lube on everything from firearms to squeaky door hinges. Its rare to find a 100% five star rating on anything these days, but the shooters have spoken, M-Pro7 is at the top of its game.

I have been using this ...

I have been using this product and all products from M-Pro7 for years. This product works extremely well and gets the metal clean and carbon free. I use it on all of my S&W antiques as well as modern firearms. The product doesn't have an order and is earth friendly. I find it the best product for the job and recommend this product to all my students and others who want a product that covers all basis.

Best stuff on the planet ...

Best stuff on the planet when it comes to general purpose cleaner. Love the pump bottle! The smell isn't too bad. Even though it smells a bit like old socks, it beats the heck out of some of the harsher cleaners that require industrial fans to rid the smell. Doesn't stain the carpet if you spill a little either. Happy Cleaning. It actually makes it fun because M-PRO7 makes it easy!

Great stuff. It doesn't ...

Great stuff. It doesn't smell bad and it gets the carbon out. I just got done using this on my M1911 .45 barrel and thought I would write a review - I cleaned the barrel of this pistol with some other products prior to M Pro 7. I thought it was clean, but a good amount of fouling came out when I used this. I am very favorably impressed.

Hands down the best cleaner out there. It does not smell, and works great. I use ALL M-Pro 7 products and they all ROCK! But if I could only have 1 this would be it!

I have been using M-Pro 7 ...

I have been using M-Pro 7 for a year now and this is the best out there, cleans better then #9. I do miss the smell but still stick with M-Pro 7My Glock barrel looks like Glass when I get done with it you have to try this stuff once you do you will stick with it.
