This trigger features a lightweight machined alloy body with a strong, stainless steel bow. It is pre-fit for standard 1911 frames with .910" openings. Features take-up tabs at the front to reduce play, as well as an overtravel adjustment screw.

Installed this on my Springfield A1 today. I also bought a Wilson Combat Value Line Speed Hammer and Beavertail grip safety. I'm not sure what went wrong but I think it's the trigger. It seemed very long, so I bent the little wings out to take up the slack. After doing that I noticed the back was sticking out past the back of the inner frame. This caused issues with the new grip safety. After a lot of taking the gun apart I finally got it to where I wanted it, but my grip safety is still not engaged. I guess I have to file that down now. I think it's an ok trigger, but not great. I'm happy for now, but I may be messing with it again soon.

Great trigger, no fitting needed on my SA Mil=Spec...all you have to do is adjust the screw and play! Great looking too...

I bought this trigger to replace the plastic one that came on my Colt 1991A1. It dropped right into place without fitting, and the slack adjustment was easily achieved with the hex key that came with it. The finger surface is smooth and the outer edges are nicely radiused. I found it was an even better improvement to add a match-grade sear spring, as the factory one seemed a little too "slow" for this light alloy trigger.
