Product Information

Remington Premier Ammunition offers the shooter and hunter one of the greatest varieties of premium bullet designs ever introduced, combined with strict manufacturing tolerances to create ammunition any shooter would be willing to use on that shot of a lifetime. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer primed, reloadable brass cases.

AccuTip bullets are designed for rapid expansion, produce a high level of transferred energy and feature a thicker jacket and harder lead core to regulate weight retention and optimize penetration. Upon impact, the gold polymer tip is driven rearward causing the thin jacket and soft lead core to fragment violently.

This ammo groups much better than any off the shelf ammo I shot throught the Ruger MKII target rifle. 1/2 minute groups at 300 from a bipod with a back rest are normal.The boat tail seems to stabalize the round for longer shots. It is been effective against everything I have shot with it.The ability to make accurate shots is what makes it a great small game round.

I first shot this ammo @ 100yds and thought I found my new favorite ammo. But when I shot @ 200yds, 1 shot would be in the 10 ring and then the next would not even hit paper. shot my normal ammo and shot very well. Bought another box of this ammo to try again @ 200yds and same thing happened again. I think that the accutip is failing and the round could be hitting anywhere down range. Not the round for me...

This is bar none, my # 1 choice. My sporterized mauser 98 is set up pure bench/varmint, free floating heavy fluted s/s barrel @1:14 twist (w/ exception to orig. military trigger soon to change) @ 200 yds I'm shooting 3/4" groups. 45HP western's ok, "ANYTHING" in 55gr not stable/4-6" spreads. This IS this rifles ammo

In my Remington 700 VLS ...

In my Remington 700 VLS this ammo shoots the best out of all I have tried. It groups tighter than Winchester and Federal, and will be my ammo of choice from now on. Will definitely be buying more in the near future.

Most consistent factory ...

Most consistent factory ammo I have used in my Remington 700VS. Average group from the first box for four 5 shot groups was .052 at 100 yards. I have not had a chance to test this ammo at a longer range but I suspect it will do very well. It's a must try for any varmint rig.

I used this in my Remington 700 sps varmint rifle and it likes them... @ 100 yards 1/8" - 1/4" groups. only took one shot on a coyote @ 125 yards and dropped him dead in tracks....great ammo...

My Savage Model 12 likes this ammo the best. Half-inch groups at 200 yards. I have shot Hornady, Winchester, Federal, and a few others (all grains 45-70 gr) and this is the best.

I shot this ammo(bench) ...

I shot this ammo(bench) through the Rem. Model 7 with a 20in barrel. This ammo shot very well within the 100yard range. I couldn't shoot beyond 100 yards so I don't know how well this ammunition will do beyond that range. Nevertheless, I shot several .75 groups at 100 yards. easily. I feel that I can further tighten groups with this ammo over time. For me, this ammo grouped better than the Win. supreme 50gr and the UMC 45gr. ammo.. I was very impressed with this round and have made it a primary for this particular rifle.

My Remington 700 LVSF ...

My Remington 700 LVSF 22-250 loves this stuff. After spending a lot of cash on fancy Redding dies and other accesories, I gave up handloading for this rifle. Out of a cold clean barrel this load will shoot 1/2 to 3/4 MOA. Impressive given that this gun wears a pencil thin barrel and is not free floated or pillar bedded. I have shot 6 beavers out of our farm pond in the last year from 50 to 175 yards. All one shot kills. Buy some.
