Product Information

Steel rear sight features ghost ring aperture, protective side wings and is adjustable for windage and elevation. Standard rear sight will require drilling and tapping for installation. Weaver-style rear sight is for use with tactical shotguns that have a Weaver-style or Picatinny-style rail installed above the receiver. The front sight clamps onto shotgun barrels without welding and works with either rear sight.

Bought it with hesitance ...

Bought it with hesitance but ended up loving it. I much prefer this sight to a bead sight on a "tactical" type shotgun. Install was fairly easy but I second the measurement issue. I bought a micrometer to do it right and used a grinder to grind the screw to the exact length instead of cutting. I would recommend it.

Product as advertised. Every bit as good as the sight from Mossberg without the required gunsmithing that is becoming hard to find! Really nice feature is ability to switch between the LPAs and my EoTech 512 in seconds. Install took ten minutes. Would have been a five star if LPA had provided just one more sleeve for the barrel. The sleeve provided was too large and couldn't be used. Without the sleeve there is a small gap between the bottom of the front sight and barrel. Just not as nice looking as it could be. Thanks LPA for the two tension screws. If you shorten the first one by just a couple thousandths from spec. the front sight won't tighten properly. You use the second one to do it right. More emphasis on cutting to EXACT length would be helpful. Still very satisfied! Quality and finish were great too.
