Works on Remington 673 ...

Works on Remington 673 Guide gun. Only detraction is the lack of a fourth hole for better security on large, heavy recoil guns. The new Remington 673 has four mounting holes. This mount incorporates three. If you are using Leupold dual dove tail rings you will be forced to sacrifice this extra mounting screw.

I put this set up on two ...

I put this set up on two of my old Remington 600's with excellent results.This is a very strong base and ring and has worked very well keeping the scopes locked in place even after one of my rifles took a hard jar from a fall.Rifle was only off about a half inch after test firing it.Lightweight and no windage screw to worry about coming loose due to recoil or a fall and looks very good with my Leupold VX-1 2-7x and Nikon Monarch 2-7x mounted to the base and rings.
