Core-Lokt Ultra's lead core is bonded to a progressively tapered jacket allowing for reliable bullet expansion at all practical velocities. The bonding process keeps the bullet from fragmenting and allows for 95% weight retention with maximum penetration and energy transfer. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer primed, reloadable brass cases.

Shot a 6 point Buck And A ...

Shot a 6 point Buck And A doe with the 223 Core lokt. Shot the Buck at 100 yds facing me. He went about 60 yds before falling. Bullet went through heart and lung with heart had a 2 in hole through it and the lung had more damage. The Doe was 30 yds and broad side hit her high in the lungs she went down on the spot. Shots lots of Deer over the years with a 3006 and 270. Will use the 223 again this year.

I use the Remington R-15 Rifles. No issues with 5,10 or 20-round magazines. Excellent performance and accuracy from my 18" barrels. Devastating on Woodchucks. Will be using on Predators come the Fall Hunting Season. I sight in all my R-15s to 50 yds and have 5-shot groups avg .4-.6

One of the most inaccurate loads that I've ever shot out of my 1MOA capable AR15. Others on ar15.com have reported similar accuracy problems with this load.
