This hardened steel cutter fits into a drill press; spot faces the front rivet for broken ejector removal. Eliminates rebluing the receiver by letting the existing rivet be re-peened. Tool is 2-1/2" long, shaft is 0.31" in diameter and cutter is 0.143" in diameter.
