Shot these out of my Ruger M77 Mark II 6.5 x 55mm and was impressed. Used IMR 4350 and had a SD of 16.8 (0.55%) - 3002 fps. Shot group was on average about 0.75".......I purchased another 200 of them.

Shot these out of my Remington model seven with 20" barrel. loaded over h4350, Federal primer and in Nosler brass. I've shot off better benches but was able to shoot three shots .362" @ 100 yards.

Shot these out of my brother in-laws model 7 Remington and had less than half inch groups at 100 yards and still a very tight group at 500 yards!! Very happy!

Well suited for up to 600 yds and probably the bullet for varmints at that range. They appear to be extremely uniform and have a relatively long bearing surface. The price is comparatively reasonable. I shoot these from a 6.5X55, .260, and 6.5-06 from 2850 to 3100 fps with rifles having 1-8,9 twists. They are accurate in a 1896 Swedish -- probably because of the long bearing surface. I don't bother to measure groups but these bullets can hit tiny targets way out there.

I loaded a box of these for my 24" Alexander Arms AR with excellent results. I got .5 moa 5 round groups with these in AA Brass loaded with Forster Ultra Dies. I'll definitely be buying more of these bullets to load for my AA 6.5 Grendal.

I own a Remington 700 ...

I own a Remington 700 with a Krieger barrel (8.5" twist) chambered for 6.5x55 that I am always looking for a better load for. It usually shoots 139-142 gr. bullets extremely well but I want more velocity. I've tried lighter bullets with some success but never got the consistency that I achieved with the heavier ones. I found out that Hornady was making 120 gr. A-Max's and I knew I had to try them so I did and now I have a new favorite load. If you like the 140 gr. A-Max, odds are you'll like these better for most practical shooting at reasonable ranges.

Have shoot deer out to ...

Have shoot deer out to 400 yards with this bullet with the Ruger 264 win mag. Every one has dropped in their tracks. Use 4064 powder. Set the bullets .005 from the lands and groves. Best deer hunting bullet I have found. Just keep is a little lower than max load. Has the tendency to blow out the primers if loaded too hot.
