This is a great item. If you want positive engagement, this is it. The picture does not really show the actual size of the selector. I took a chance and bought one, well it's worth it. It is thicker and larger than stock. I can easily switch from safe to fire without even trying to look for it. It will not snag on your clothing. You can easily install it yourself and takes about 5 min. It's a neat option to your AR15.

I purchased two of these for my AR's. Installed the first, and Wow, I like this...very comfortable to engage with a light touch and a very positive "Click" as the detent pin clicks into the detent.
For the second one...Installed & operated. This one felt gritty and did NOT have the same positive click. Nothing like the first. Removed and re-installed twice more thinking I did something wrong. Nope ! Removed and replaced with original safety selector, and alls good. I'll try to return this one. If not, I'll buy another. Bottom line, One Good and One bad !

Drop it fit on my STAG ...

Drop it fit on my STAG lower, and makes it easier to take the rifle off safe with the STARK grip installed. Putting it on safe is a little tricky, but I don't consider that an operation that might need to be done terribly quickly.

This is a huge safety lever and probably weighs a full ounce. It's thicker than it needs to be, and it's an odd curved crescent shape with a lip at the far end (shown in the photo but not obvious). But it works great and is easy to use. If you've been wanting a larger safety for your AR, this is it.

Same issue as previously posted, it does wear on the selector stop a bit. But on the up side, it is very easy to install, easy to operate when wearing gloves, and when paired up with other cosmetic add-ons, it breaks up the run of the mil AR into a fairly decent looking custom rifle.

I had alot of trouble ...

I had alot of trouble maintaining my grip while trying to manipulate the stock fire control lever. Installed the dpms and I don't have to move my hand at all to switch from safe to fire. Only problem is there doesn't seem to be enough room for my thumb on the thumbrest of my dpms tactical grip with palmrest with this lever in the fire position, just hits the top of my thumb. Still much better than the factory unit. Just have to get used to it.
