Product Information

This stock system allows the use of AR-15 type optics and accessories. Includes an upper receiver housing with integrated picatinny rail, lower receiver housing with pistol grip and storage compartments, and a free float handguard with top and bottom picatinny rails. Also included is an extended magazine release. The rifle stock includes a six position stock with storage compartments, a muzzle device with picatinny rails and a bayonet lug with a detachable polymer bayonet. The stock system will work with bull barrel, the muzzle device will not work with bull barrels.

The stock is great. The receiver housing is integral with the pistol grip, so it is very solid. The plastic is high quality, and I have not noticed any flashing or other signs of sloppy mfg. The fit is very tight, which explains the other comments. The instructions direct you to heat a few of the parts in the oven before installation. This step helps insure a very solid fit, so I see it as a plus. The sights need to be drifted out, and that was tough. The barrel attachment is an interference fit using the oven method to get it installed. Once this is installed is not something you will want to take on and off. The only question is sight mount accuracy; the top rail is the best place to attach the site, and it is that good plastic which may still not be firm enough to hold a zero over the long term. But it looks great if you are willing to spend the money.

The kit was nice and easy to install just upset that the end of the forearm didn't look great with a big hole around the barrel... just have a floating barrel....

I bought this but didn't use the front piece, it just looks like the muzzle of a toy gun and I didn't use it. Luckily I had a sweet muzzle break but, it's from the archangel Marauder kit and that stupid kit didnt work at all. It made the gun jam every two rounds, even after shaving the magazine. This kit works great, I bought the black dog 50 round drum, got a magpul moe front grip and a sightmark red dot. Buy this product

Excellent product. Made in USA (finally). Stock fits action and barrel as well or better than factory, makes an already great gun a house favorite. I machine all sorts of materials for a living and this piece is very well made. Assembly is a bit of a pain and uses SAE allens, which are not a tapered shank/pilot as in a perfect world... but only 2 sizes so... you will need some tools. The other remarks I have are the two lower fore-grip to receiver screws are hard to get to and cannot be turned more than a 1/4 at a time or so without VERY long allen drivers or the round-tip type that will wallow out the holes over time. If you are an OCD kinda gun cleaner you will hate this stock, because it takes 10 mins to take it all down, instead of 2 as before. Call me spoiled. The other thing is the upper receiver cover piece was slightly (about 5 mins of sanding worth) too long, pushing the fore-grip forward and down and taking the rear upper rail and forward upper rail out of alignment as well as removing the now floating barrel from full center in the forward section. As I said, sanding fixed that to perfect. Started with 400, then 1200 for smooth. I might add that the picatinny rails on top aren't perfectly level from front to back but this would never be a functional issue and is only a whine from the more obsessive among us "builders".EVEN with the above, I give it 4. I did not put it in the durn oven as some have, plastic + oven = lol.My instructions must have fallen out of the package at some point and I couldn't find them online - so I winged it after no response from Archangel "contact us" after a week - so sue me for not following a particular direction I did not have.

I bought this stock to redo my 10/22 to give to my son for his birthday. I was a little skepticle upon ordering it for fear of what it would take to make it fit. I am very happy that everything fit like a glove. The gun looks and feels awesome and I am very happy with the entire project. I would highly recommend this stock to everyone.
