Great for general cleaning

This is great for general cleaning. I am still looking for a better product for lead removal and have found that Sweets works pretty good for copper. If you don't let lead/copper build up then this should take care of all your regular cleaning needs.

This does a great job removing: copper, lead and powder. I have used Hoppe's #9 for literally 30 years and am 100% satisfied. All my firearms are rust free and have shiny bores, what more do you want?

Great stuff. I buy it by the quart and use it with corrosive military surplus ammo and as a final cleaner for black powder guns following water and/or Ballistol.With shipping costs, I have found it is best to buy 2 or 3 quarts at the time. Makes it a better deal.

Not only does it work well on general gun cleaning, I can't think of a smell I like any better, coffee brewing bacon frying, burnt powder on a cold morning and the smell of number 9 . It's the standard that all else is judged by.
