The Hornady Powder Funnel is an anti-static powder funnel works well for all calibers from 22 to 45. It has a square design that will not roll off reloading bench. This funnel is not designed to work with short or super short magnum cartridges. (MTM logo may be physically listed on this funnel, rather than Hornady.)

I have been using one of these funnels for about 6 months now, primarily on .223. It worked fine up until just recently, now it is getting stuck on .223 cases, and not flowing well. It seems it wore through in this time period, and now the cases poke through the tapered portion into the funnel itself, trapping the round, and not allowing all the powder into the case. For a little more than $3, you can't complain much, but I would have thought it would have lasted a little longer.

I have used it for 30-06 and haven't had any problems. It is like with anything, you have to pay attention to what you are doing. I can see where using it with 22 reloading there can be some spillage. I would recommend it for calibers over 22, I found it does what it says it will do.

I bought one of these to use to check powder and pour back into 223 cases. The neck of the case pokes thru the bottom and makes it hard to get all the powder back in. I am trying to find one that is just a 223.

I have been using this funnel for loading my .223 rounds. I use ball powder and have had no problems with it. It is nothing fancy but it does the job for me. I like hornady products and this one goes with the rest.

Well, I too found that it did not fit the WSM cases, nor did it flow IMR 4350 very well. So, I took a bore bit, opened up the diameter of the funnel, then took 1/16th off the end, and now it flows smooth as silk and fits the .300WSM.Good Luck

I've had RCBS and Lee. RCBS didnt stay on the case and the Lee stayed but was too shallow and spilled powder if dumped too fast. This one stays on and is deep enough to handle fast dumping. It's the best Ive had so far.

It will NOT fit .22, hole ...

It will NOT fit .22, hole is too large, powder falls between case neck & funnel wall. Also, it won't fit the .308 very well. It has the same problem, the fit is poor. Bad funnel!! I can't recommend it.

Flaked powder like Unique bridges over the opening and won't flow through the funnel without shaking it. The Lyman funnel works a lot better with this type powder. It works okay otherwise, but I'll be using my Lyman.
