Nosler Ballistic Tip Hunting bullets have been trusted by hunters for nearly 25 years. They are precision made and individually inspected for the utmost quality which translates to incredible accuracy with every shot. The heavy jacket base prevents bullet deformation during firing and holds together at extreme velocities as well as a polycarbonate tip that resists deformation in the magazine and initiates expansion upon impact. The bullet's mid-section keeps it together at any velocity until impact, and a uniform, pure lead core eliminates possible imbalance and erratic flight caused by air pockets. Great for thin-skinned game like deer, antelope and sheep. This is not loaded ammunition.

I have used this bullet in my 264 Win. Mag for years. The bullet is very accurate (dime size groups at 100 yards). My gun shoots very flat with these bullets. I have killed many white tail deer from 25 yards up 600 yards. I have taken everyone of them (that I hit) home. Also devastating on varmints. But all of you should know it's about the bullet placement.

Don't be afraid to use this bullet in a .264 Win Mag. I run them up past 3700 fps for antelope and they are devastating! Took the head off of one with a neck shot. Anyway, probably not a good idea for larger deer at those velocities, but small deer and antelope at longer ranges, this bullet will smoke em! Oh yeah, and top notch accuracy. Have shot several sub 1/3 MOA groups with it.

Used this bullet on a doe/fawn mule deer hunt. Muzzle velocity was 2750 fps. No felt recoil. By mistake shot high and spine shot a large doe at about 150 yds. Deer took one step and fell over. About 3 to 4 inches of spine was shattered. 3 inch entrance wound. There was no exit wound or bullet to be found. Second was a large fawn taken with a high lung shot at 100 yds. Took no steps. Nickel to quarter size holes in and out. Lungs liquefied and partly sprayed out through the exit hole. Virtually no meat damage.

I'm shooting this bullet ...

I'm shooting this bullet in a T/C encore .260 pistol at 2750fps behind Varget and WLR primers. Bullet shoots great (MOA if I do my part). Shot a whitetail buck today that field dressed 125lbs. Hit him broad side at 50 yards just behind the right shoulder. He ran 15-20 yards and fell over dead, but the bullet did not exit. When I field dressed him the bullet ripped up both lungs and the top half of his heart, but did not touch the opposite chest wall. Bullet did the job, but I like a bullet that will competley penetrate, especially on a broadside shot, so I think I'm going to load 100gn partitions for next year.

Took deer at a little over 300 yds this past fall with this bullet. Rifle 260 RugerLoad was 43.5 grains of IMR 4064, with velocity of 3350fps from 22 inch barrel.Deer taken with 4 power Leupold scope. Saw deer drop in the scope after shot, instant kill. Only negative of bullet, even at that distance, bullet penetrated and took out both lungs, but destroyed the off shoulder meat. Almost too distructive at higher velocity, even at 300yds.

I have used this round in both a 6.5/06 and a .260 rem. Both myself and my daughter have killed about 15 deer with this bullet both in MO and PA. No deer has gone over 15 yards with 95% dropping instantly. They are the most devestating bullet I have ever used. Normally do not exit but then again they do deliver all their energy to the target. I have killed deer from 25 to over 400 yards with this bullet. No other bullet does the damage this one does period.

Scary accurate out of my Ruger 6.5x55 Swede. Mine is a very accurate rifle, and this bullet is the most accurate of all I've tried in it. Highest recommendation.
