I mounted this scope on a Ruger MkII target pistol using SoLow mounts. Within a few minutes of sighting it in, I was easily shooting inside 1" at 10 yards and inside 2" at 25 yards. Coke cans at 50 yards didn't have a prayer.This scope is well made and has very clear optics. The intensity of the red dot is adjustable, and the battery lasts a long time. It does not add too much weight to the pistol, and the improvement in accuracy is amazing.If, like mine, your eyes aren't what they used to be, then this little red dot scope is just the ticket to small groups and lots of fun.Highly recommended.

My first impressions were pure awe mostly because I was getting an AR with a Red Dot sight. I was like a 12 year old again looking at this thing, but on closer inspection I found this scope to be disappointing in the looks department. There is no away around it this scope looksCheap. Well-made but cheap. In a low light setting the dot looks like a crescent or square or some sort of polygon even on one. It also has a fair amount of parallax. But then I took it to the range. At first I was really disappointed that it was a 6moa red dot. I mean at one hundred yards it basically covers the whole target. But as I started to shoot this thing I started to realize I could use the large dot to my advantage for long shots.Like really long shot. If I use the top of the dot at 100 yards I can hit a coyote size target every time, and at 200 the middle of the dot and at 300 the bottom of the dot. Now for the crazy stuff. At 400 yards you put this sight on the head of a man size pistol target. Let rip with 10 rounds slow but steady, and you will be in the body with all of the shots..Given with my rifle and my novice long range skill set I was probably shooting a 12-13 inch group but still youre in the chest.I honestly couldnt believe my own eyes. This little ugly scope is awesome and for shooting less than 100 yards its perfect.at distance its minute of bad guy out to 400 yards. What more could you want? I mean I want an eotech, trijicon, or aimpoint as much as the next guybut my buddy I shoot with has an eotech, and I out shot him at 200 yards with this 69$ scope given I have more rifle experience than he does, but still. Not a bad sight. Just looks cheap. 500 rounds later its still dead nuts center... I gave it 3 stars just because it looks sort of cheap call it 3 1/2 though

The unit I received had too much coating on the lens, causing it to be a very dark green. I held it up side by side with other Bushnell red dot sights (same series) and there was a huge difference. Overall I've had good experience with Bushnell optics but just check the glass before you throw away the box!

My Bushnell Trophy red dot has been a good purchase! It took the abuse of three shooting sessions a week for three years until the on-off-dimmer switch gave out. It was my fault because I turned it off between strings of fire. The red dot was replaced with a new one for the $10 service fee. I will leave it on between strings now and this one will last longer. P.S. I' m buying another one for my wife to shoot on her Mk II Ruger.

After 5 shots on my wife's AR the dot kept disappearing causing us to have jiggle the brightness knob to get it back on.Pretty frustrating. Back to the manufacturer it goes. In terms of inexpensive optics I've had luck with Truglo.

I love this red dot scope! Its works great, very bright for sunny days. I have it mounted on my AR 15... The only thing I don't like about it how it looks. I kind of like the ACOG look and sometime in the future I will switch this one out for the Barksa 1x30 Red dot ACOG... But for now This one is great.. Sighted it in... took like 10 minutes... Put about 200 round though my AR with this scope and it still shoots strait. Great Product!

Excellent little red dot, I mounted it on my 10/22 for steel matches at my local range. After about 10 rounds I had it dialed in at 25yds. and it is still rock solid after roughly 1200rds. I will be putting these on more rifles for sure.

I ordered from Midway and it arrived ahead of time. Problem was that the red dot looked like a half moon. The brighter settings would bloom the dot out closer to a circle, but at low settings, this was not a circle. Thanks to Midway for the credit on return

I mounted this sight on a 45 frame with a Kimber 22 conversion. After sighting in, I was able to hit 4 inch clay targets at 100 yards from the bench. Have put over 5000 rounds through the gun, sight still working.

Recent purchase. Easy to mount. Appears well made. Warranty info on the website states 2 years. Warranty info in the box states, Limited Lifetime Warranty- $10 and return it to Bushnell if it fails. (This is not a no fault warranty.)This is a 1x28 optic in an 1x30 tube.The red dot is clear and sharp. The settings are easy to use. I am going to order another.

The Bushnell Trophy Red Dot sight appears to be a solid performer, based on the limited amount of time I have had it on the range. The packaging was decent and the instructions were clear. I mounted it on my Marlin 995SS .22 rifle (with B-square Weaver-to-dovetail adapter, also from Midway) in short order and had it sighted in very quickly. It was dead-on, left-to-right, but was a tad high until I adjusted the elevation. There seems to be little parallax error compared to other sub-$80 units I have tested.The only things I would change:1. The dot is a bit bright at the lowest setting for night shots. I would like to see a lower intensity level.2. The power/control ring is hard to turn.3. An auto-off feature would be nice.4. 30mm is actually a tad small for the aperture. A 40 mm unit would make more sense for night shots just so you can see more of the area you are targeting.Other than that, it seems like a good buy for the money. Certainly better than the B*A or S*mmons I tried out.I recommended it to a friend and he also bought one from Midway. Midway did a good job of delivering the goods in a timely fashion. I'm a satisfied Midway customer!
