Issues

These look and feel right, but loading the 8th round was very troublesome. The clips left deep scratches in the brass cases. Running these as-is in the Garand caused multiple failures to feed per clip. External dimensions are good as the clips inserted (full clip) and ejected (empty and full clips) fine. The feed issues are why I am giving this 2 stars. I plan on throwing these clips into my brass cleaner and I want to see if I can't resolve my feeding issues by chamfering the edges as well.

just received my second order for the m1 garand 5 magazines, and like the first group, when i got them they were well packaged and delivered on time. like the first group and i guess being new they are a bit tight to get that eighth round in, but it will go and i guess after several loadings and firings they should work out if not maybe a little bending might help, i haven't shot them enough to tell but they did help increase my inventory a bit.

Not much to say except that they work exactly as they are supposed to in my Garands. Never a problem and they "ping" out of the guns nicely when empty.

This product performs as it should, just like the original GI issue. The cut edges were a little sharp and rough but touching them up with a diamond stone and 00 steel wool was all it took.

The clips are extremely well made and fit my M-1 Garand perfectly. My only complaint was the sharp edges left during the manufacturing process. A small file has solved this minor problem.
