I ordered this scope as it seemed the best fit for my AR-15 at the time. When I received it I put it on right away. It zeroed very well, with getting on point within three , three shot groups and then I let go with a 10 shot group and it shot well. The reticle is smaller than is portrayed but actually ended up better than I expected. This Barska scope seems very durable, holds up under repeated recoil, and so-far is holding its zero. I have to admit I was a bit leery of the "Barska" name but my current situation doesn't exactly permit me to buy a more expensive sight. I believe for the money this scope is well worth it. I will update if this changes.

I put this sight on my ar and the first shot cross hair went out second shot came back on zeroed on target 15 shot later went out held zero well but cross hairs goes out every 15 rounds. Midway was very helpful on returning the sight

Well, first one was DOA, second one was not, but it also did not work very well. The unit would turn off by itself every 20 rds or so, thought maybe a loose connection, changed batteries, no difference. Called for tech support, a week later no response. Returned and got the Bushnell, the difference is staggering. While neither are at EOTech or Aimpoint levels of quality (I have both) neither is the $$$ price. I wished this had worked, I really wanted to love it on my daughters first Colt (M4). So we are using the Bushnell and loving it.

I received the scope and immediately went to an indoor range. Mounted the scope and on my first group of 3 shots they were amazingly tight and close together. On my next set of 3 shots, 2 of the holes actually touched making 1 big hole. I highly recommend this scope, the quality is great and it seems very durable. It looks awesome on my AR-15 and you can't beat the price.

Nice looking unit easy to install, but it has a couple draw backs. 1) The cross hairs were not centered ( level ) 2) It's very hard to see red lasers through the sight. Green lasers are fine, but red lasers no.

I just bought my first AR, a M&P 15 5.56 and I wanted a cheap alternative to iron peep sights. salesman recommended this since I wasn't quite ready for the Triji ACOG. Came home and checked reviews on several sites. Can't speak to durability yet but what I can say, is that a first time AR owner after reading some of the negative reviews about not mounting flat, inspected base and noticed that only the front mounting bolt is meant to set down in rail guides while the rear is set up in the base and meant to set on the on the pic rail. On mine it fits perfectly flat with rear bolt seating on the solid metal at rear of pic rail. My "dot" adjusted easily as it should on target with my laser bore-sighter.

I purchased this sight as part of a package. The sight looked great in the store but when I went to sight it in the windage adjustment never moved the reticle it only canted it from one way or the other. For the money there are better options.

I've had this sight for about 2.5 years and I mount it on my Bushmaster AR, I use it as a quick release as well as a Bushnell banner 4x12 on a riser. I don't need a riser for this sight and the crosshairs are great, the dot in the middle is tiny so it doesn't cover your target like other red dots I own. At 50 yards this thing will drive tacks and I get 2.5 inch groups at 100 yards off a bag. It doesn't need to be zeroed when I switch scopes as long as I remember where I mounted it on the rail. I looks great on the rifle and acquires target ,right now. The brightness settings all perform as expected and battery life is good. You have to remember to turn it off as it will not do this for you. Over all I have shot a few thousand rounds 5.56 and have had no problem with the sight at all. I would recommend this if you want an inexpensive red dot that looks good and functions as it should.
