I actually used these patches for cleaning inductrial testing equipment. I needed a cleaning material that would not leave strings or particals in a melt flow meter.

This product worked great.

This is an outstanding product. I use these patches to clean all types of firearms, not just shotguns. The patches fit great in 12, 16, 20, and 28 gauge guns. I cut them in half for .410. I also use them as general purpose wipes for rifles and pistols. The patches are clean, soft and lint free. I even use them around the house for various jobs that require a small square of cloth. I have noticed that the texture changes from one patch to another--sometimes quilt-like, sometimes smooth. However, this variation does not affect useability. Overall, this product is excellent and highly recommended.
