Works well to protect ...

Works well to protect your hearing protection. If you have a Peltor model 7 (with the rotary switch), you'll wish you had this years ago. Can't tell you how many times my model 7s turned themselves on and had a dead battery when I needed them! That won't happen with this nice padded bag. I couldn't imagine paying this price to protect non-electronic muffs, but if you have nice electronic ones, I think it's worthwhile. The bag does have a drawstring closure inside, it can be used to keep the muffs from falling out of the bag when the flap is open. Drawstring also will reduce dust entry if that's a consideration. There are little mesh pockets on either side of the outside of the bag, the pockets don't zip or anything. The case is very black; I don't see any blue in it.
