I mounted this on a Ruger ...

I mounted this on a Ruger PC9. I chose this adapter because I wanted to mount a Weaver based red dot sight. It looks great and makes the PC9 look more like an assault rifle. It mounts very tight and is very sturdy. The mount is a little tall, but it is not a problem for what I needed it for. I haven't tried it on any other Ruger firearms yet, but I can say it is a great addition to the PC9.

Mounted the B-square on ...

Mounted the B-square on my Ruger mini-14 .223 and it fits well. Locks in pretty tight to the factory mounting divets on the rifle. The U shape allows a partial view of my front tritium dovetails sights, but the rear ghost ring peep sights factory do not sit high enough to see down the line. No matter I personally removed the rear ghost rings since I am scoping my rifle, but the front sights look okay through the rails as backup. Lightwieght was a plus and easy to install.

This is almost designed ...

This is almost designed great, but not quite. I have a Ranch rifle and could use Ruger rings, which would be the sturdiest option, without question. But I have a fancy pants heavy Lothar Walther barrel and higher power variable, and want the option of iron sights for close up if needed (I'm old fashioned and was raised shooting iron sights). But the cut-out doesnt go quite low enough to permit the rear site to be positioned where it needs to me. On mine it has to be way high. I would like to see it redesigned with support bars at the top and less metal towards the bottom, more like a square than a "u". That's how I designed it. Also, I would redesign the clamps to dig into the Ruger receiver mount more decisively. As it is, its like a small washer that is screwed in at an angle without a sharp edge, like a true Ruger ring. And finally, mine was not square, with cant left to right from front to back. It does look cool as heck, but high or super high see-through Ruger rings would be the cats pajamas for my needs. Oh, and tried the screw in see-unders. Just too high, and not secure, like my girlfriend in college
